London City Exchange

Hello and Welcome to the London City Coaching Exchange.

The London City Coaching Exchange provides a vital on the ground support network for practising coaches, trainee coaches or those with a passion and interest in personal development.

Meetings discuss a range of coaching related issues, from ongoing learning through introducing new theories and research to business development and marketing opportunities. Practising coaches can also maintain a level of continuous professional development through attendance at their local Exchange.

The London City Coaching Exchange is led by accredited, practising coaches who have trained and qualified through Coaching and Mentoring International (formerly The UK College of Life Coaching).

The Exchange was founded in 2004 and is currently run by Monica Potts, Mark Bishop, Kathleen Sullivan and Susan Savery.

Transactional Analysis in Coaching

A very exciting exchange coming up with another skill to add to your coaching tool box. We are very priviledge to have Miriam Orriss with us in April to guide us through the world of Tranactional Analysis. It is a tool used by coaches worldwide and enables coaches to:

Understand better what’s going on in their clients
Understand and dismantle subtle “games” that go on between coach and coachee
Enable coaches to work cleanly and efficiently
Assist coaches to understand their own reactions in coaching sessions
Enable the coach to recognising patterns that occur in their coaching practice
Be supported by a first class “Internal Supervisor”

Miriam will use a mixture of teaching. paired exercises, open discussion and fun. Sounds like an evening not to be missed!

As normal, we kick off at 6:30pm and finish at 9pm. The fee for this great evening will be £10 which will include wine and nibbles.

LATEST NEWS: The London City Exchange has recently launched the Monthly Business Builiding Surgery.

Each month, in addition to the guest speaker and networking over drinks and nibbles, participants now have the opportunity to develop their business skills to help move their coaching practice to the next level.
