Hello and Welcome to the London City Coaching Exchange.

The London City Coaching Exchange provides a vital on the ground support network for practising coaches, trainee coaches or those with a passion and interest in personal development.

Meetings discuss a range of coaching related issues, from ongoing learning through introducing new theories and research to business development and marketing opportunities. Practising coaches can also maintain a level of continuous professional development through attendance at their local Exchange.

The London City Coaching Exchange is led by accredited, practising coaches who have trained and qualified through Coaching and Mentoring International (formerly The UK College of Life Coaching).

The Exchange was founded in 2004 and is currently run by Kathleen Sullivan and Susan Savery.

Action Learning Sets – Tackle your coaching business challenges

Here’s to a wonderful new year and to your coaching business success in 2012! To help you get off to a flying start, we’re dedicating this month’s event to you and your coaching business.

Kathleen Sullivan will give a presentation on how to use Action Learning Sets with small groups to create lasting change. You will then have the opportunity to work with your colleagues to focus on your own business challenges. The format for the evening will allow everyone to benefit from this powerful technique – not only will you learn how to use Action Learning Sets with groups, but there will be plenty of time to try it out in practice. What better way to create clarity around the most important factor which may be threatening your success?

Everyone will go away with an individual plan for taking steps to face challenges head on. And since 2012 is a Leap Year, we aim to help you locate the commitment and motivation needed to drive your business forward, leaping over any and all obstacles along the way!

LATEST NEWS: The London City Exchange has recently launched the Monthly Business Builiding Surgery.

Each month, in addition to the guest speaker and networking over drinks and nibbles, participants now have the opportunity to develop their business skills to help move their coaching practice to the next level.
