Coaching Supervision is often poorly misunderstood, with many coaches anticipating that their supervisor will find fault in their practice – telling them ‘what to do’ and ‘what not to do’.
This month, our speaker will explore the collaborative nature of the coach-supervisor relationship. She will help us to understand the profound richness of this important professional connection and the numerous benefits of working with a supervisor. In this interactive session, Michelle will introduce the components of the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision, which enables coaches to reflect more fully on their client experience. The model will come to life through a case study presentation of an actual supervision client.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Understand the three main functions of supervision and how this will benefit their coaching practice
- Learn about the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision so that they can reflect more fully on their work in future
- Deepen existing relationships with other participants and generate new insights through sharing experiences of client work
